| 摘 要： | 城市体育以社区体育为重点，加快发展社区体育，在加快城市化步伐、构建和谐社区与和谐社会的过程中具有重要地位和作用，是贯彻党的十六届四中全会提出的把“提高构建社会主义和谐社会的能力”作为党执政能力的一个重要方面。考察了社区体育发展现状，提出了加快发展社区体育的建议。

| Abstract: | Speed up the development of which will play an important role in the process of speeding urbanization, constructing a harmonious community and society, and of which is an implementation of the decision about improving the ability of constructing socialistic harmonious society put forward by the Fourth Plenary Session of the 16th CPC Central Committee. After the investigation on the present developmental situation of community sports, this paper finally makes some suggestions for speeding its development. |
