| 摘 要： | 条件与要素是地域经济发展的基础，本文以历史基础条件、区位条件、自然条件与自然资源、劳动力、人力资本与科学技术条件、周边环境条件以及基础设备条件分析了丹东市经济发展的有利条件与制约因素，并为后续的经济问题研究提供了较为充足的依据。
