完整教学法在高校公共体育课跨栏教学中的实验研究

摘    要:跨栏运动技术较为复杂,高校公共体育课跨栏教学,采用分解教学法,学生完整练习时间少,不利于完整技术的掌握和身体素质的提高;而完整教学法则保持了技术的完整性,学生练习时间多,利于技术的掌握和身体素质的提高,同时还提高了学生各方面的能力.

The Experimental Research into Integrative Teaching Approach in the Hurdle-Teaching for all University Students
Abstract:The hurdle skills are very complicated.If we use the decomposing teaching approach,students don't have enough time for a complete exercise,which is not beneficial to grasping the whole set of skills or improving their health quality.Integrative teaching approach can keep the completeness of all skills,provide students with more time to practice and improve their health quality so as to improve their all round abilities.
