家族企业继任方式及其影响因素的国际比较

摘    要:本文对比关、日、中三国家族企业继任方式,并从治理结构的视角分析影响家族企业继任方式的因素。根据本文的研究,选择何种继任并不取决于家族企业的意愿,而是由企业治理结构和外部市场机制所决定。完善的内部治理结构和市场监督机制是家族企业引入职业经理人的必要条件。不能简单地将“富不过三代”归咎于“子承父业”的继任方式。
