膏体充填钻孔优化措施

摘    要:为了减少矿山因尾矿库尾砂堆积等环境因素的影响,国内矿山都把尾矿库尾砂采用新技术进行回填,膏体从地表到井下输送过程中钻孔起到了至关重要的作用。通过分析及实践证明,钻孔磨损是影响充填的主要因素。根据驰宏公司实践经验.提出采用合理施工位置、确保钻孔垂直度、采用合理的管材、采用控制膏体浓度、有利益延长充填钻孔的寿命。

Abstract:In order to reduce the mine tailings, which impact environmental, domestic mines have backfilled railings with new technologies.Drill has played a vital role during the transmission course of paste from surface to underground. Analysis and practice have proved that the abrasion of drill is the major factor affect filling. According to the practice of Chihong company, a reasonable construction position, the uprightness of drill, reasonable tube and controlling the concentration of paste is in favor of extending the life of bored tilling.
