| 摘 要： | 当前,在我国加速城市化的社会转型时期,农村所面临的新任务使农村教育情境发生了变化。因此,我们必须以现代的视野来审视农村基础教育,准确地理解农村教育服务农村的现实含义,使农村基础教育发展摆脱城市取向或农村取向的限制。从全面建设小康社会的目标出发,确立农村基础教育的大众化取向,使农村基础教育朝着有利于“三农”问题解决的方向发展。
