| 摘 要： | 高等教育自学考试成为我国目前最开放、社会化程度最高和规模最大的高等教育形式，现已开展多样化的人才培养模式。通过SWOT分析法对高等教育自学考试进行综合分析，在现有的人才培养模式基础上提出学历型与职业型相结合的创新培养模式，并通过实践取得一定成效。

| Abstract: | The self-study examination of higher education becomes the most open,the most socialized and the largest scale higher education form and it has launched a variety of training pattern.This paper makes an comprehensive analysis of self-study examination of higher education through SWOT,proposes a innovative training model which combines academic-type and vocational-type basing on the existing training model and achieves some success through practice. |
