| 摘 要： | 从成人学生的特点、学分制的优越性、社会发展三方面论证了实施学分制是成人高等教育改革的必要选择，提出了实施学分制促进成人教育教学改革的几点举措：调整课程设置，优化教学计划；实行选课制、弹性学制；改变传统的教学方法；推行导师制；实行学分绩点制；完善教学质量监控体系。
