| 摘 要： | 由于新生代农民工的成长环境和自身素质与第一代农民工有很大不同，使得他们在培训认知和态度上产生了变化。只有深入地了解新生代农民工对待培训的心理特点，有针对性地进行培训，才能调动他们的培训积极性，提高培训效果。文章依据期望理论对新生代农民工的培训心理进行了分析。
