高职人才培养模式建构分析

摘    要:高职人才培养模式是指高等职业技术教育实践中产生的与教育理论和实践相统一的人才培养构造样式与运行方式.影响高职人才培养模式的微观特征因素主要有:人才培养的价值取向特征因素,人才培养过程基本矛盾特征因素,高职学生智能特征因素和高职教学原则特征因素.高职人才培养模式结构包含主题、目标、内容、途径、评价五部分.高职人才培养模式的构建需要从观念更新、制度保障、教学方案重构、校内实训基地建设、工学结合法规等方面予以保障.

Abstract:The talent training mode in higher vocational education is a means of construction of talent training and operation produced by integration of educational practice and theories in higher vocational and technical education.Such minor factors influencing the mode as 1) value orientation of talent training;2) basic contradictions;3) intelligent functions of college students;4) higher vocational teaching principles.The mode structure contains five parts: the subject,the aim,the content,the approach and the evaluation.Construction of the mode may be guaranteed from idea renewal,system guarantee,reconstruction of teaching plans,construction of in-school practical training bases and study-work regulations.
