| 摘 要： | 体育教学的改革也要有创新性，本文根据心理学原理和现代管理学原理结合体育教学实践，对软性体育作业在体育教学中的应用作了尝试性研究，结合体育学科的特点，让学生在“统一目标，自选内容，自由安排，共同提高”的轻松学习氛围中，提高对体育的学习兴趣，达到教学目的。

| Abstract: | The reform of physical education needs creativeness. On the basis of the principles of psychology and modern management, and combining with the practice of physical education, this paper tries to study the application of flexible assignment in physical education. According to character of sports discipline, the student＇ s learning interest on physical education is improved under the background of free arrangement and mutual promotion. |
