| 摘 要： | 由于技术条件落后，市场监管不严，信息、信用机制不健全，辽宁省食品安全仍然存在较大隐患。这严重侵害着消费者的利益，威胁到消费者的健康。实践证明，仅靠少数政府官员的监管是无济于事的，必须加强信息、信用机制建设，改变监管方式，加大法律处罚力度，减少源头污染，提高食品生产技术水平，统一食品安全标准，增强风险防范能力，加强消费者的食品安全保护意识。

| Abstract: | Due to the backward technology,lax market supervision,imperfect mechanism of information and credit,the problem of food safety in Liaoning Province is still serious,which not only greatly encroaches upon consumers' interests but seriously threatens their health.The practice proves that the supervision only depending on the government officials does not work.The construction of mechanism of information and credit has to be strengthened,the way of supervision should be improved,the legal punishment should be reinforced,reduce the source pollution should be reduced,the technical level of food production should be improved,and the standard of food safety should be consistent.In addition,risk-guarding ability needs to be improved and the consumer's consciousness of self-protection should be strengthened. |
