| 摘 要： | ＂罗森塔尔效应＂即＂期待效应＂：真诚的关注与期待会最大化地促成＂高成就动机＂,使＂高成就期待＂得以实现。基于这一理论,一种新型的教学模式在我校大学英语教学中进行了实践应用,极大地激发了学生的学习动机及潜能,促进了学生的学习主动性,提高了学习成绩,综合素质及语言应用能力。

| Abstract: | ＂Rosenthal Effect＂, namely＂Expectation Effect＂, indi-cates that the heartfelt concerns and expecta tions can promote＂high achievement motivation＂at the most, which contributes to＂high achievement fulfillment＂. Based on the theory, a new teaching model has been practiced in college English classroom in CAUC, which shows that the teaching philosophy has maxi-mized the promotion of active learning, the improvement of learn-ing quality and the ability of using language for students. |
