| 摘 要： | 实现农业现代化,建设社会主义新农村,需要培养千千万万高素质的新型农民。当前我国农民素质还不能适应农业现代化建设需要,在农民培养、素质提升方面面临众多因素的制约,必须坚持以科学发展观为统领,通过抓公民教育、理想教育、法制教育、道德教育、文化教育、职业教育、健康教育等,才能实现农民全面素质的提升和农业经济社会协调、可持续发展的目标。摘要：实现农业现代化，建设社会主义新农村，需要培养千千万万高素质的新型农民。当前我国农民素质还不能适应农业现代化建设需要，在农民培养、素质提升方面面临众多因素的制约，必须坚持以科学发展观为统领，通过抓公民教育、理想教育、法制教育、道德教育、文化教育、职业教育、健康教育等．才能实现农民全面素质的提升和农业经济社会协调、可持续发展的目标。

| Abstract: | To realize agricultural modernization and construct socialist new countryside, it is of great need to cultivate millions of new peasants of high quality. Currently, the peasants＇ quality fail to meet the needs of agricultural modernization, and many restricting factors are present in farmer training and quality promotion in China. In order to achieve the goals of promoting farmers＂ comprehensive quality and sustainable coordinated development of agricultural economy and society, we must coordinate all the work coordinated by the scientific development view, and carry out citizen education, ideal education, legal education, moral education, cultural education, vocational education and health education. |
