| 摘 要： | 针对花样滑冰新评分方法取代旧6.0评分系统,给中国双人花样滑冰的训练和比赛成绩造成一定影响的问题,运用文献资料法、访谈法、比赛现场观察法、数据统计法和比赛录像观察法在研究新规则的基础上,提出中国双人滑运动员为适应新评分方法在比赛心理方面应注意的问题及应对策略:在提高滑行技术的基础上注重整体技术难度的提高,通过比赛的检验及时反馈和熟悉裁判员对运动员技术动作的评判角度.提醒教练员和运动员在备战2010年加拿大温哥华冬奥会应注意这些方面的问题,有针对性地采取一定的措施,为更加有效地提高运动员的比赛成绩提供进一步的保障. |
