| 摘 要： | 依据系统协调理论内涵,建立多元化协同度测度模型,结合主成分分析法与回归分析法,以美的企业为例,选取2001~2007年年度报表数据,实证分析了美的企业多元化静态协同与动态协同的发展情况。结果表明,由于企业多元化协同的复杂性,反映美的企业与其多元化业务———空调业务之间协同效应的协同度先降后升,说明其发展并不是总处在协调发展的轨迹上。

| Abstract: | The paper,which bases on the connotation and theory foundation of the synergy effect,establishes the measure model on synergy effect for corporation diversification,and uses annual financial statement data between 2001 and 2007 to analyze and evaluate diversification static synergy and dynamic synergy for Mei Di with empirical analysis based on combining Principal Component Analysis with Regression Analysis Method.Results show that the synergy degree which reflects synergy effect between Mei Di and air conditioning business unit decreases first and increases afterwards because of high complexity of synergy on corporation diversification.Finally,the paper has provided new thoughts and ways for analysis and evaluation on diversification synergy. |
