摘    要:文章介绍现代教育技术在中美高校的应用现状,并从产生发展、教育理念、培养模式、技术手段、应用效果等方面进行对比分析,认真审视现代教育技术应用中内在的教学设计问题,发现教学设计在现代教育技术应用中发挥了重要的核心作用,要继续提高教学设计能力和水平,着力现代教育技术在教与学中发挥重要作用,促进人才培养质量的提高。

Abstract:Tiffs article first introduces the cttrrent situation of modem educational technology both in China and America, and makes a comparative study of its emergence and development, education idea, training model, technologic measures and application effect. According to the careful observation of the problems in the application of modem educational technology, the methods to train and improve the ability of teaching design Ires been promoted to design the teaching and learning environment, aiming at improving tire quality of the talents.
