| 摘 要： | 近代企业的管理方式为官办、官督商办、官商合办、商办四种,有些经济史著作认为它们出现的时期有先后,但它们之间没有承继性的关系,然而正是这种承继性的发展,使近代企业管理方式走向了近代化,对今天企业的发展仍具启示.

| Abstract: | There are four the forms of government in the modern enterprises,Including: running by government,government-supervised and merchant managed,running by both officials and commercial circles,business running,some works of economic history says: Although they emerged one after another,there is no succession between them.But it is the development of the succession makes the form of government in the modern enterprises moderation and gives some revelation to the development of today's enterprises. |
