摘    要:运用文献资料、问卷调查和现场观察等方法发现:高校学生在体操教学活动过程中对体操各项目存在不同程度的恐惧心理。为了更好地开展体操教学,寻找有效的消除恐惧心理的方法就显得特别重要。研究表明:通过心理诱导、利用表率暗示、巧用保护与帮助、合理诱导与分解练习、运用辅助教具等心理辅导方法,对于消除或减轻学生的恐惧心理大有裨益。

Abstract:Through using the method of literature review,questionnaire and observation,this paper finds out that many college students have various degrees of fear for different gymnastics events in the course of gymnastics teaching.Therefore,it is very important to seek effective ways to eliminate such fears in order to conduct gymnastics course teaching.The result shows that it is very helpful to eliminate or relieve such fears through psychological consultations such as psychological leading,example hinting,enforcing protection and help,exercise guidance or step-by-step practice and making use of auxiliary teaching aids.
