| Abstract: | This article surveys the status quo of the coaches in Premier Football Clubs＇ reserve teams in China, and according to the problems existed in it,proposes some suggestions for their development, such as perfecting coaches＇ cultivation and evaluation system,increasing more spending on the reserve talents,and paying more attention to construct the coach team, etc. |
