| 摘 要： | 水是生命之源，是人类文明发生和发展的基础。我国是一个陆地水资源相对短缺。而水污染又相当严重的国家。为了加强水资源管理，防治水污染，我国颁布实施了《水污染防治法》。我国各地在贯彻执行《水污染防治法》中存在诸多的问题，应从法制宣传、法律修改和完善、资金投入、执法队伍建设等多个角度采取相应对策。
