| 摘 要： | 自上世圮80年代以来,世界各国都在对垄断的电力行业进行改革,我国也实行了电力市场化改革,输电网对所有市场参与者公平开放,发电厂竞价上网,随着电能交易的日益增多,输电网出现阻塞的机会也在增加,阻塞管理因此而成为研究的热点,文中对联营交易模式下的阻塞管理的研究进行了分类综述。

| Abstract: | Many countraies have reformed the Electric power industries since the eighties last century over the world. Our country has also carried out electric power reformation. Transmission network opens to the participator impartially. Strong price of power plant generates electricity . With the increase in the electric energy trades, the congestion appears frequently. The congestion management is the focus in electricity market research to ensure the secure and economic operation. In this paper the congestion management of pool mood are summarized systematically. |
