| 摘 要： | 随着我国学校教育中素质教育的不断推进，我国体育课程发生较大变化。体育课程的改革对体育教师提出了新的要求。体育专业院校作为培养体育教师的摇篮，为了培养出适应新时期合格的体育教师，必须进行课程教学改革，以适应新时期人才培养目标的要求。本文从分析目前体育专业院校田径课程中存在的问题入手，从教学观念、教学内容、教学方法、考核办法等几个方面进行改革，以达到培养出“宽专业、厚基础、高素质、强能力”的人才。
