印尼华文教育的现状、问题及对策

摘    要:本文以实地调查研究为基础,报告了当前印尼华文教育在办学形式、学生构成、教师规模及构成、教材、语言环境与大众传媒、推动力量等方面的现状和问题,并就进一步搞好印尼华文教育提出了对策和建议.文章认为,印尼华文教育的发展方向应该是:办学形式正规化,学习人员多样化,从教人员职业化.

Abstract:This is a fieldwork-based research into Chinese education in Indonesia, which reports its current state, problems of the Indonesian Chinese education in such aspects as schooling pattern, students construction, teaching staff scale and construction, teaching materials, language environment, popular media and forwarding power, etc., and ends in a suggestion of feasible solutions. The directions of Chinese education in Indonesia proposed by this paper are: formalized education system, diversified sources of learners and professionalize teaching staff.
