| 摘 要： | 学科建设是高校发展的"龙头"工程。作为新建本科院校的渭南师范学院,在近年发展中,坚持以学科建设为核心,确立学科建设"龙头"地位,明确学科定位,提出"组织给力"思路;优化学科结构布局,坚持重点建设,培育和突出学科特色;实行"大师引领",外引内培并重,提升学科队伍整体实力;建设学科基地,开展产学研合作,催生高质量科研成果;深化教学改革,强化教学管理,不断提高人才培养质量。所探索出的有效发展路子,能为同类院校提供有益的借鉴。

| Abstract: | Disciplinary development is the leading project in the development of universities.Weinan Normal University,as a newly-established university,concentrates on disciplinary development,makes sure the leading position of disciplinary development,and clarifies its status proposing powerful thoughts.It aims to optimize the disciplinary structure and layout,sticks to key development focus,cultivates and highlights its characteristics.It conducts "master-guide" principle,stresses on the importance of both importation and cultivation,enhances the overall strength of discipline team,develops discipline base,carries out industry-university-institute cooperation,brings about high quality scientific research achievement,deepens teaching reform,reinforces teaching management and gradually promotes the quality of talent training.This paper aims to explore an effective development approach to provide helpful references for universities at the same level. |
