| Abstract: | The outlooks on talents and examinations of the Imperial Examination System (Keju) are the soul to guide its examination activities and those outlooks do have very strong national features and are now the traditional cultural resources in openly choosing and examining leader and cadres for both the government and the CPC. The public selection examination not only borrows and inherits the outlooks on talents and examinations of the Imperial Examination System (Keju), but also develop and exceed those outlooks. |
