| 摘 要： | 新升本院校学生思想政治工作对象呈现出复杂性和多元性。对于新升本高校来说，要构建以人为本的学生思想政治工作评价体系，应以全面提高学生素质为目标，以为学生创造良好的学习环境为立足点，以培养学生的诚信意识、职业道德意识和社会公德意识为出发点，在继承和创新中开展大学生思想政治工作。
