| 摘 要： | 基于苏州胜浦镇金苑社区的社区教育实例分析,我国农村社区教育在组织体系、教育模式、管理机制、资源建设、活动形式等方面初有成效。要保持社区教育的持续良性发展,仍需从提高认识、建立制度保障体系、合理筹集和有效利用教育资金、开展多样化的活动、充分挖掘和利用特色资源等方面入手,不断推进和完善。

| Abstract: | Based on the case study of community education in Jinyuan district of Shengpu town in Suzhou,this paper shows that the rural community education in our country has achieved primitive success in aspects of organization,running mechanism,resource building and forms of activity.Yet there are many works to do in order to keep the feasible and sustainable development of rural community education,such as awareness-building,systematic guarantee,fund raising and effective use of fund,carrying out variety of activities and fully explore the useful special local resources,etc. |
