| 摘 要： | 本文对金融业混业经营体制进行全面的剖析，力求对当今世界金融业发展出现混业经营浪潮这一重大问题给出合理、清晰的解释，并总结出规律。同时，分析我国建立分业经营体制的历史必然性和现在所面临的内外压力，得出实行混业经营是我国金融业的必然选择的结论，并对实行混业经营的时机及方式提出合理建议。
