高校“学生评教”现状分析与建议

摘    要:“学生评教”作为教师课堂教学评价体系的一部分,受到国内外高校的广泛重视。但师生对“学生评教”的认同度,直接关系到评教的成效。本文通过对笔者所在学校学生评教情况的调查,发现了在评价的效度和信度、评价指标体系、评价结果的处理等方面存在的问题,对其产生的原因进行了分析,提出了应加强宣传、提高评教者的素质、科学设计评价指标、慎重对待评价结果等建议。

Abstract:"Students' evaluation on teaching",a teaching evaluation system for teachers as a part of colleges and universities,is attached great importance to at home and abroad.But the attitude of teachers and students to "students' evaluation on teaching" is directly related to the results of the assessment.Based on the survey of author's school,it is found that there exist problems in validity and reliability,evaluation index system,the handling of evaluation results,and so on,according to the analysis of the reasons,the paper suggests that publicity should be strengthened,the quality of the assessment should be improved,evaluation index should be scientifically designed,and the evaluation results should be carefully treated,and so on.
