| 摘 要： | 王安石的经济思想有两大内容：一是强调国家对经济生活的绝对控制，以轻重之术调节经济；二是理财要以富民为重要目标。前是法家的国家本位思想，讲富国；后体现了儒空的民本思想，要富民。以专制政体、专制手段理财，而求富民之目标，无异于缘木求鱼。笔认为，王安石经济思想中这一悖论的深刻原因根植于儒家特有的国家观里。

| Abstract: | There were two big contents in Wang Anshi's economy thought:One was to stress that the state must asolutely control the economic life and regulate the economy by the light and strict method; the other was to manage money matters must take enriching the people as the importan goal. The former was the state standard thought held by legalist school, which cared about enriching the state; the latter embodied taking the people as the foundation held by Confucian school, which cared about enriching the people. To seek the goal of enriching the people by dictorial form of government and dictorial ways to regulat money matters is like climbing trees to look for fish. The author holds that the profound cause of Wnag Anshi's erroneous views was oringinated from the state outlook held by Confucian school. |
