| 摘 要： | 天津电大双向视频远程教学系统建设是“十五”综合投资规划的重点项目,也是《天津市教育信息化发展规划》拟定的开发课题。双向视频远程教学是传统课堂面授和现代网络多媒体通讯相结合的完美形式,是天津电大远程教育网络学习环境的重要组成部分。文章从技术角度论证了该系统的设计方案和工程实践,介绍了应用情况,展望了未来的发展。

| Abstract: | The Development of Two -way Video Distance Teaching System in Tianjin Radio and TV University (TJRTVU) is not only a major project of "15 Investment Strategy, but an exploration topic of "Tianjin Educational Informationalized Development Strategy . Two - way Video Distance Teaching is the perfect combination of traditional classroom teaching and modern network/multimedia communication, and it is also the important part of online learning environment in TJRTVU. This paper demonstrates technically the design scheme and project practice of the Two - way Video Distance Teaching System, introduces its current application, and prospects its future development. |
