| 摘 要： | 教育科学研究课题的规划能够反映出研究机构对教育理论和实践中的前沿及重点问题的宏观把握与研究希冀。俄罗斯教育科学院制定的《俄罗斯教育科学院2010年前基础和应用领域的优先研究方向》,反映了目前俄罗斯教育科学研究的焦点问题,如高度重视教育的哲学一方法论研究;特别强调对教育文化本性的研究;反思和调整正在恢复中的道德教育;以对人的基础性研究为根基进行课程、教学研究;注重研究教育与开放社会的关系,等等。这启发我们做如下思考:教育科学研究归根结底应该是对人的研究;教育科学研究必须在与教育有关的复杂关系中寻找生长点;教育理论是实践的、应用的理论;教育科学研究在追求国际性的同时,一定要保持对国家、民族自身传统的必要维护与坚守。

| Abstract: | The planning of educational research projects always reflects the theoretical and practical problems emphasized by educational researchers and the research orientation. It is also the case with the Priority Orientation of Basic and Applied Research by 2010 at Russian Academy of Education Sciences. According to this plan, the current research projects at Russian Academy of Education Sciences are focused on such topics as the philosophical methodology in educational research, the cultural nature of education, the resuming of moral education, the human-beings-based curriculum and instruction, the relations between education and the opening society, etc. A review of the above-mentioned projects enlightens us to give due considerations to the following topics:Educational research is aimed at studying human beings; Efforts should be made to find out growth points of educational research in the complicated relations to education;Educational theory is of practical and applied nature; While aiming at the orientation of internationalization of educational research, we must also carry out and insist on the national heritage and excellent traditions. |
