| 摘 要： | 高校毕业生就业状况已成为社会评价一所高校教学质量和办学水平的重要指标,直接关系到学校的声誉、地位,甚至生存和发展。根据集美大学在全国范围内对历届毕业生就业情况跟踪调查结果的分析,提出了进一步完善就业指导工作体系,不断增强学生的社会竞争力;立足服务,进一步强化毕业生就业的服务体系;加强调研工作,不断提高就业指导工作水平的工作对策。

| Abstract: | Employment situation becomes an important indication for accessing teaching quality and level of running high school is vital to its reputation and status,and even to its surviving.According the analysis on the research about the employment condition of the graduates in Jimei University in recent years,the article provides three countermeasures that are improving employment guiding system to strengthen student competition ability,based on service to reinforce employment service system,enhancing investigation to improve level of employment guiding. |
