| 摘 要： | 以254名职校学生为被试,采用问卷法,研究职业价值观、职业决策自我效能感.结果:大中专生以职业的保健因素、个人发展因素作为择业的首要标准;大专生的职业决策自我效能感较中专生略低,但是差异不显著.从优势需要的角度分析个体择业动机,得出的结论:个体的职业选择是一个在优势需要的基础上,成就动机产生和作用的过程;应根据个体的优势需要,引导建立有效的职业价值观,培养足够的职业决策自我效能感.
