| 摘 要： | 提出了图书馆通过各自的网站平台开发实用的系统和数据库软件，提供高效的运行环境，构建数据收费以外的松散型联盟区域图书馆数字资源共享平台，以期达到区域图书馆共建共享相关资源的目的。

| Abstract: | This paper proposes that libraries shoued develop practical systems and database software through their respective websites platform to provide high-efficient operating environment and build a loose allied regional library digital resources sharing platform which is used freely,so as to achieve the purpose of co-constructing and sharing of the regional library resources. |
