| 摘 要： | 高校思想政治教育必须坚持发挥"灌输论"的传统优势,结合高校大学生自身的一些特点以及高校教育的基本规律进行创新,增强其实效性。在思路上,坚持灌输与双向互动交流的原则;在内容上,立足人文关怀,关注个体价值;在方法上,运用心灵沟通和思想互感的方法;在形式上,积极运用多元化的隐性形式;在途径上,充分利用现代化的宣传工具。
