| 摘 要： | 关于贾谊是否为《春秋左氏传》的传授人，历来有两种对立的观点。本文在对贾谊及《春秋左氏传》的思想进行分析后认为：贾谊主张兴礼乐，实行儒家常规的礼乐教化，以渐进的方式移风易俗。贾谊主礼，特别迷信古礼，有偏向礼的形式而忽视礼的内容——仁的倾向，然礼一旦失去仁的内容就与法没有什么区别了，这就导致贾谊的思想有复古倒退和实行法治的倾向。由此可见，贾谊之思想与《春秋左氏传》之思想是具有一致性的。
