| 摘 要： | 通过对我国优秀标枪运动员投掷步与世界优秀选手投掷步躯干后倾角等运动生物力学参数的对比分析,发现我国标枪运动员在投掷步和最后用力技术上存在着一定的差距,这是影响运动员成绩提高与稳定的原因之一。为了提高我国标枪运动成绩,完善我国运动员投掷步技术是十分必要的。

| Abstract: | Comparison of exercise biomechanical parameters of backward inclination of throwing steps of the world top javelin athletes and the Chinese top javelin athletes was made.It was revealed that the Chinese javelin athletes lagged behind in throwing steps and last exertion techniques.It was proposed that the (perfection) of the throwing steps of the Chinese top javelin athletes was essential for better performances. |
