| 摘 要： | 政府财政资助政策主要是解决学前教育发展所需的资金问题，它在学前教育发展中起着重要的作用。我国香港和台湾地区学前教育发展的高水平和高质量都离不开政府的重视和财政投入，而两地在对学前教育机构、幼儿教师、幼儿及其家庭的资助方面各有特色。开展港台地区学前教育财政资助政策比较研究对于推动内地学前教育发展具有借鉴意义。

| Abstract: | Government financial assistance policy plays an important role in the pre-school development to solve the problems of pre-school development funds. The high level of development and high-quality pre- school education in Chinese Hong Kong and Taiwan are inseparable from the attention of the government and financial investment. However, there are many characteristics of the financial assistance to the kindergarten, teachers and children or their families. So, a comparative study of the policy of Hong Kong and Taiwan has great significance to the development of the Chinese mainland＇s pre-school education. |
