摘    要:当前全球金融危机对我国经济造成一定影响,求职就业问题因此愈发严峻,为社会各界广泛关注。同时,信息化和全球化的发展使工作更具流动性,组织边界愈加模糊,个体求职行为与求职结果开始受研究者关注。探讨了人力资本、社会资本、心理资本是否影响Social Job Hunter的求职结果,为求职者、就业指导机构展开工作提供一些思路。通过对陕西人才市场297名求职者的问卷调查发现:(1)人力资本(不同方面)对三个求职结果有显著影响;(2)社会资本对客观求职结果——面试和录用函数目、薪资水平有显著影响,对主观求职结果没有显著影响;(3)心理资本对主观的求职结果——工作满意度有显著的正向影响,而对客观观求职结果没有显著影响。
