| 摘 要： | 淑·布莱赫德是托马斯·哈代的小说《无名的裘德》中的一位女性形象。淑一直在追求自我人格的完整 ,以自己的实际行动表达对传统婚姻的排斥 ,在追求爱情与自由中不断强化自身意愿 ,追求灵与肉的结合。虽然她在追求自由的基础上实现了女性自身的价值 ,但她终究没有彻底成功。淑的形象具有鲜明而深刻的“现代主义痛苦”的印记 ,而作品《无名的裘德》具有现代性意义。

| Abstract: | Pure is a female character created by Hardy Thomas in his novel Jude the Obscure. She has been seeking for the integrity of personality and a perfect blend of soul and body; she takes actions to expresses her resistance to the traditional marriages and emphasizes her willingness in her pursuit of love and freedom. There is remarkable sign of "modernistic pain" in Pure's self-realization, though not a real success, and modernistic significance in the work of Jude the Obscure. |
