| 摘 要： | 随着辽宁会展业的快速发展,对会展人才的需求逐年增加。当前,辽宁会展人才供给量较小,尤其是高层次会展人才缺口更大。同时,会展经济的发展对会展人才的核心能力和实践能力提出了更高的要求。因此,辽宁必须在人才培养目标、专业背景、师资队伍、实践教学和实习基地等方面加强会展人才的培养。

| Abstract: | With rapid growth of MICE industry of Liaoning province,the demand of MICE talents has been increasing year by year.Currently,the supply of MICE talents is small,especially the high-level MICE talents.The development of MICE economy offers higher demands for the key ability and practice competence of MICE talents.Therefore,it is imperative for Liaoning province to bring up MICE talents on the training goal,the professional setting,the teaching staff,the practical teaching and the practice base. |
