| 摘 要： | 从审视体育仲裁的现状着笔,探讨构建体育仲裁需要遵循的原则,对体育仲裁的范围进行了思考,并提出了建立健全具有自己特色的体育仲裁制度体系,包括体育仲裁机构的设立;体育仲裁的公信力;仲裁员的选用;体育仲裁的效力。
