| 摘 要： | 为了卓有成效地推进惩防并举的反腐败工程,强化和全面开展反腐倡廉教育是一项基础性工作。现阶段,全面开展反腐倡廉教育可从以下三个方面入手:(1)提高人民群众对腐败危害的认识;(2)培育人民群众的廉政文化意识,铲除腐败的社会思想基础;(3)多层次、多形式地开展全社会反腐倡廉教育。

| Abstract: | It is a basic task to strengthen and carry out a nation-wide anti-corruption education in order to push ahead with the anti-corruption project effectively both in punishment and prevention.At the present stage,the task can be done from the aspects of raising people's awareness of the harmfulness of corruption;second,eliminating the social and ideological base of corruption by cultivating people's awareness of the honest-administration culture and carrying out social anti-corruption education in various levels and forms. |
