摘    要:近年来,博客作为一种新型的信息交流方式进入中国后,逐渐成为一种理想的学习、教学管理工具,受到了教育界的广泛关注。博客不仅提供了一种课堂教学之外的新型网络教育及学习模式,更成为课堂教学的有效补充。本文以自导学习为理论基础,通过教学目标分析、学习者的分析、教学策略设计、学习环境设计、学习情景设计,设计适合于自导学习模式的教师博客的教学模型,为教师终身学习,不断重新构建自己知识体系,不倦追求自身的专业发展以及学习者进行自我指导学习,不断整理自己获得的知识,提供良好的平台和环境。

Abstract:In recent years, blog as a new way of communication into China has gradually become a perfect tool for learning and teaching management. It has received much attention from educational circles. Blog not only provides a new model for network-based education and learning beyond classroom teaching, but also becomes the efficient complement to classroom teaching.Based on self-directed learning, this paper designed a teaching model suited for teachers'blog under self-directed learning through analysis of instructional objectives, learners, instructional strategies, learning environment and learning situation, in order to provide a sound environment for teachers' life-long learning, restructuring knowledge hierarchy, pursuing professional development for teachers, self-directed learning for learners, and brushing up the acquired knowledge continuously
