| 摘 要： | 目的]观察Vitapex对于有牙髓坏死、根尖周病变的年轻恒牙根尖诱导成形术中的临床效果.方法]选用100颗根尖未发育完成的慢性患根尖周炎的年轻恒牙分为两组,A组选用Vitapex注射形根管充填剂做1次根充,B组选用常规2次根充.结果]常规需根尖诱导成形后2次根充的年轻恒牙选用Vitapex后,1次根充组成功率与对照组相似,差异无显著性(P<0.05).1次根充组根管腔缩小与对照组比较,差异有显著性.1次根充组根尖封闭与对照组比较,差异有显著性(P<0.05).1次根充组根尖周病变与对照组比较,差异有显著性(P<0.05).结论]由于Vitapex注射型根管充填剂可1次根充,节省患者就诊次数且远期效果较好,提倡临床应用.

| Abstract: | To evaluate clinical effect of vitapex in apexitication.100 immature permanent teeth were used in this study.All samples were divided into two groups.A group:incomplete apex formation were obturated with Vitapex injection in first visit. B group:obturation conventional.The successful rate of apexitication with Vitapex paste was similar to conventional technique without statistical difference;compared to control group,more root canal narrowed,more apex formation and more favourable prognosis were observed in test group,and there was statistical difference between the two groups.Vitapex is a promising material for immature permanent tooth in apexitication. |
