| 摘 要： | 城市的水环境作为一种主要的生态资源，在城市规划设计和实施中受到了特别的重视，分析了城市规划与水环境的关系，提出水环境建设应与生态城市建设紧密结合，水环境治理应标本兼治，城市滨水景观建设是城市规划建设的重要内容，要提高城市居民环境意识。
