| Abstract: | Power expansion of headmasters in our country is a protruding problem in recent years. At present, power expansion of headmasters mainly manifests itself in such aspects as institutional value, institutional objective, institutional process and institutional environment. From the perspective of law system, system is the cause of power expansion of headmasters, and therefore we must start with the system in order to avoid the power expansion of headmasters. |
