摘    要:完善法律、法规,提高消费者对“假冒伪劣”的辨别能力和维权意识,成立专门的打假机构监督和查处,设立小额投诉法庭和小额仲裁机构及时解决消费纠纷是铲除“假冒伪劣”这一社会毒瘤,保护消费者权益的最佳途径。

Abstract:Perfect laws and rules, improve the distingush ability and the sense to safeguard right of the consumers to imitations and false bad qualities. Set up a special organization to strike the fake in order to surpervise and investig ate as well as deel with accordingly. It is the best way to remove the solcial c ancer of imitation and false bad qualities to establish small number specified c ourt and arbitration organization, and solve the consumer's issue on time.
